This is a complete kit of all the parts that commonly fail to cause coolant leaks on 1.8T engines. Replace these plastic parts with these Aluminum Cast parts for years of trouble-free use.

Mates to all the factory hoses for a perfect OEM fitment. Includes new O-Rings and FREE Hardware to change out when swapping in your new Cast Aluminum parts.

• Cooling Hose Flange, Mk4 1.8T (Cast Aluminum)
• Coolant T-Fitting, Mk4 1.8T (Cast Aluminum)
• Thermostat Housing Cover, Mk4 1.8T / 2.0L (Cast Aluminum)
• Water Distribution Pipe, Mk4 1.8T / 2.0L (Cast Aluminum)
• 1 x Paper Gasket For Head Flange
• 1 x Rubber O-Ring For Block Flange
• 1 x Coolant Temperature Sensor O-Ring
• 1 x Coolant Retaining Clip
• 2 x Screws + 2 x Washers
• Parts are also available by themselves.

Fitment for the 2000+ 1.8T Automatic Transmission will require the removal of the adapter plate on the head of the engine where the flange with the coolant temperature sensor sits.
