Q BV50 Style 50mm Blow off Valve BOV 6PSI 18PSI Springs
For street-driven turbocharged and supercharged vehicles. CNC Machined to the highest standards from 6061 Aluminum, the BV50 features a large 1.98″ (50.5mm) valve, among the largest in the world. The valve and seal use a viton O-ring clamped in placed to prevent sticking or pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodized for superior wear resistance. The V-band clamp makes install clean and simple. The banjo fitting is over-sized for faster actuator response. The actuator has a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for extended life. Each BV50 can support up to 35PSI with alternate spring options. These blow off valves are a must-have for any high performance, boosted vehicle.
